3yr Warranty
XTERRA WETSUITS are fully warranted against any manufacturing defects for three years from the date of purchase. If a wetsuit is defective, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion. The warranty only covers the original owner/purchaser of the wetsuit, and coverage is voided if the wetsuit is sold or otherwise transferred. XTERRA WETSUITS are designed as high performance triathlon wetsuits. Use of the wetsuit for any other purpose than swimming voids the warranty.
Any wetsuit returned without proof of purchase will not be covered under the warranty. Our policy is that you pay shipping to us, and we will pay shipping to you. We will send a warranted wetsuit back to you via UPS-Ground unless otherwise specified. You will be required to pay the difference for higher priority shipping.
Covered by Warranty:
- Seam tears or separations
- Stitching tears or separations
- Gluing defects
Not Covered by Warranty:
- Damage unrelated to the seams, stitching, or glue
- Fingernail tears or separations
- Reef or rock tears
- Melting due to the sun or heat
- Heel tears
- Damage done by chlorine
- Sharp object tears
- General rubber tears
- Rentals or purchases through the Rental Program
