Return for a Refund:

XTERRA WETSUITS guarantees your satisfaction. If for any reason you want to return your XTERRA WETSUIT, we will gladly accept it during the 30 day trial period. You do pay for shipping to us. We do our best to provide a properly sized wetsuit on your first order, and our policy allows each user to try on and swim in our wetsuit prior to making a final decision. Of course, any returns must be in undamaged condition.

Exchange For a Different Size or Model:

XTERRA WETSUITS guarantees your satisfaction and fit. If for any reason you want to exchange for a different size or model, we will gladly make that exchange during the 30-day trial period. You do pay for shipping to us, and we pay shipping back to you with the replacement. Our policy allows each user to try on and swim in our wetsuit prior to making a final decision. Of course, any returned wetsuits must be in undamaged condition.

Warranty Claim:

XTERRA WETSUITS are fully warranted against any manufacturing defects for three years from the date of purchase. If a wetsuit is defective, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion. The warranty only covers the original owner/purchaser of the wetsuit, and coverage is voided if the wetsuit is sold or otherwise transferred. XTERRA WETSUITS are designed as high performance triathlon wetsuits. Use of the wetsuit for any other purpose than swimming voids the warranty.

Expedited Exchange:

If you would like your exchanged suit sooner we can do an expedited exchange. We can do so by temporarily charging your credit card for the new wetsuit. We will pay for your new suit to be sent via UPS Ground shipping to you. Once we receive the suit you wish to exchange we will refund your card for that suit. Please fill out the form below so we can process your expedited exchange request.
