The Juraci Moreira is one of the icons of Brazilian triathlon. He has represented Brazil since triathlon was included in the Olympics. He competed at Sydney 2000, Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008, where he was the best Latin American, in 26th place. His debut in the triathlon was in 1994, the Brazil Trophy Triathlon and since then he has accumulated many achievements, including the bronze medal at the Pan American Games Rio 2007, one of the highlights of his career.
