This "training wetsuit" offers race-level buoyancy and a natural range of motion at every training session, which over time improves technique and pacing while building muscle memory. United States United StatesIf you have heard about these, and are unsure on whether or not, they will make a difference, by them. These things change the game drastically. They will cut 5 to 10 seconds off your 25 m time per lap. They are legal at most triathlons. I know they were supposed to be used as a training tool but if you suffer in the swimming department this will get you across the line before the cut off time. Also, they will teach you to swim better without them on. I have nothing but positive things to say they fit well and aren’t too bulky and in general make really long swims super easy.
