XTERRA WETSUITS will gladly accept your return provided that the product is returned in like new condition. Returns must be received without any damage or tears within 30-days from the date the product was shipped to you.
Please remember to be careful when trying on and/or using the product during this trial period as we are not able to accept returns that have been damaged.
Please keep in mind that triathlon wetsuits are designed for swimming and will expand in the water. (The suit may feel a bit tight and uncomfortable standing in your living room).
To exchange your purchase for a different size or model, please purchase a new wetsuit online and return your original purchase for a refund.

We highly encourage you to purchase your replacement wetsuit from our WEEKLY SPECIALS page to ensure that you receive the lowest pricing.
All returns must meet all of the following conditions:
• The original purchaser of the item must submit the return.
• Returns must be sent back clean, dry, properly folded, and in like-new condition without any damage or tears.
• Return must be received within 30-days from the date the product was shipped.
• The item has not been permanently altered or used for anything other than its intended purpose.
• Name has not been written inside the suit and/or any other alterations. Suit must be returned in like-new condition to qualify for a return.
Product returned with any damage or tear will not be refunded. All wetsuits must be returned in like-new condition.
Goggles may be returned within the first 15-days of the purchase provided that they are returned in good condition. There is a $5 restocking fee per pair. Refund is for the purchase price of the goggle price less the restocking fee.
Accessories may be returned within the first 15-days of purchase provided that the items are returned in good condition. All accessories have a $10 restocking fee per item.
Items purchased during a “warehouse sale” or any sale or promotional event that has terms of “no returns or exchanges” are not eligible for inclusion into the above listed policies.
