Returns

XTERRA WETSUITS will gladly accept your return or exchange provided that the product is returned in like new condition without any tears and/or other damage within 30-days from the date the product was shipped to you. 

Customers are encouraged to swim in their wetsuit before making a final decision on the proper size.

Please remember that triathlon wetsuits are designed for swimming and will expand in the water. (The suit may feel a bit tight and uncomfortable standing in your living room).

All returns and exchanges must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The original purchaser of the item must submit the return or exchange.
  • Returns and exchanges must be sent back clean, dry, properly folded, and in undamaged condition within 30 days from the date the product shipped; otherwise, the return will be refused. (There is a $25 return shipment fee if a return is rejected for any reason).
  • The item has not been permanently altered or used for anything other than its intended purpose (Please don't swim in chlorinated water).
  • The item has not been torn, damaged or abused. 

Whether you decide to send back your wetsuit for a refund or an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us.

If you’re in a hurry to get your new wetsuit and don’t have time to spare, you may place an order for a second wetsuit and return your original suit within 30-day return policy. You will be charged for the second suit, but as soon as we receive your original wetsuit, we will refund your credit card. This allows you the opportunity to compare two wetsuits side-by-side or get a second wetsuit before we receive your first one. You can complete an expedited exchange by placing a new order online.

Please note that if you do not submit the appropriate form with your return or exchange, we will be unable to process it.  If you would like to return or exchange your purchase please send an email to: returns@xterrawetsuits.com for complete instructions. 

*Please allow up to 5-7 business days for all returns to be processed. 

*Valid Refunds are for the product amount only. We do not refund shipping cost.

EXPO or OUTLET SALE POLICY

Items purchased during a “warehouse sale” or any sale or promotional event that has terms of “no returns or exchanges” are not eligible for inclusion into the above listed policies. XTERRA OUTLET has it's own return policy. Please visit that website for details.
